How Do I Download an Export?
The Exports page is the central hub for all data exports in Goliath, whether you exported properties, contacts, or skip-trace results. Every export kicked off from anywhere in the platform appears here, and all downloads happen from this one location. Once an export completes, you can download it in multiple formats—CSV for universal compatibility, XLSX for Excel, or specialized formats like META CUSTOMER LIST and MULTILINE DIALER for skip-trace exports. You can also rename exports inline, navigate back to the exported records, or delete old exports when they’re no longer needed.

Navigate to the Exports page
Open the Exports page from the main navigation. You’ll see a list of every export you and your teammates have created, including exports from the Properties table, Contacts table, and Skip Trace results.

Wait for the export to complete
Exports show a status indicator: Pending or Running while processing, and Completed when ready to download. The page auto-refreshes as exports finish, or you can manually refresh to check progress. Only completed exports can be downloaded.

Choose your download format
Click the actions menu (three dots or download icon) next to the completed export. For property and contact exports, you’ll see CSV (universal, works in any spreadsheet tool) and XLSX (Excel-native, preserves formatting for phone numbers and dates). For skip-trace exports, you’ll also see META CUSTOMER LIST (hashed and normalized for Facebook/Instagram Custom Audience uploads) and MULTILINE DIALER (formatted for auto-dialer software, with sub-options for one-row-per-phone or separate files depending on your dialer’s requirements).

Download the file
Select your preferred format. The file downloads immediately with a default name. If you need to organize or tag the export—for example, by campaign name or date—click the file name in the list to rename it inline before downloading or sharing with teammates.

Optional: View the exported records
In the actions menu, you’ll also see View in Properties or View in Contacts shortcuts. These navigation links jump you to the Properties or Contacts page filtered to the exported tag, so you can verify what was exported or take follow-up action on the same set of records.

Delete old exports when finished
Exports persist on this page indefinitely (or per your organization’s retention policy). When you no longer need an export, delete it from the actions menu to keep the list tidy.
