How Do I Change My Plan?
Goliath admins can upgrade or downgrade their organization’s subscription plan to unlock additional features, increase user seats, or adjust included usage credits. Plan changes are managed from the Billing settings page and take effect either immediately (upgrades) or at the next billing cycle (downgrades).

Review available plan tiers
A side-by-side comparison will display available plans, showing the monthly or annual price, included features, skip-trace credits, phone numbers, and user seat limits. Higher tiers unlock David AI, Custom Data Pipelines (automatic processing), and additional integrations like Zapier.

Select your new plan
Click the plan tier you want to switch to. Review the confirmation modal to understand when the change takes effect and any prorated billing adjustments.
-
Confirm the change
Click Continue or Confirm to finalize your plan change. Upgrades activate immediately, unlocking new features and crediting any prorated usage. Downgrades schedule the change for your next renewal date, preserving your current-tier access until the end of the billing cycle.
