How Do I Disconnect an Integration?

Disconnecting an integration in Goliath stops all future data syncing but preserves data already synced to contacts, deals, and timelines. Use this when you need to revoke access or change which account is connected. Disconnecting is non-destructive — no historical data is deleted.

  1. Navigate to the Integrations page

From the left sidebar, click Integrations to view all available and connected integrations.

  2. Switch to the Connected tab

At the top right of the page, click the Connected tab to view only the integrations currently active for your account.

  3. Select the integration and disconnect

Locate the integration you want to remove, click its card, then click Disconnect. Confirm if prompted. The integration will immediately stop syncing new data.

Click the Disconnect button (or equivalent option) within the integration’s detail view. Confirm the disconnection if prompted. The integration will immediately stop syncing new data.

Q: Does disconnecting an integration delete my contacts or emails?

No. Disconnecting is non-destructive. All data already synced to contacts, deals, and timelines remains in Goliath. Only future syncing stops.

Q: Can I partially disconnect an integration?

Section titled “Q: Can I partially disconnect an integration?”

No. Disconnect is all-or-nothing per integration. If you want to resume syncing later, you’ll need to reconnect the integration fully.

Q: What if my integration was connected by another teammate?

Section titled “Q: What if my integration was connected by another teammate?”

For Gmail and Outlook, integrations are per-user — only the connecting user can disconnect their own account. For Slack, the integration is org-wide and any admin can disconnect it.

Q: What happens if my integration shows as disconnected unexpectedly?

Section titled “Q: What happens if my integration shows as disconnected unexpectedly?”

Check if you or another admin revoked access on the provider side (Google account security, Microsoft connected apps, or Slack app management). You can reconnect with one click from the Integrations page using the same OAuth flow.

Q: How do I reconnect after disconnecting?

Section titled “Q: How do I reconnect after disconnecting?”

The reconnect flow is identical to the initial connection. Navigate to Integrations, find the integration card, and click Connect (or Connect Google, Connect Microsoft, etc.). Follow the same OAuth or API-key flow to resume syncing.
